All records are entirely confidential and we aim to keep them fully up to date. You can request to see your medical records using our online form.

Please do not ask for information about relatives or friends. We cannot discuss any matters with anyone other than a patient or guardian of someone under the age of 16, unless we have their written permission.

We will hold most of your information on our computer system. We may use the information we hold on the computer for research. All computer records are protected under the terms of the Data Protection Act.

Your confidentiality is important to us so we ask you to respect other patient’s confidentiality and stand back whilst waiting your turn to speak to the receptionist.

If you would like to speak in private, we can offer you a side room to speak one to one with a member of our reception team.
