Use this service to request your COVID booster.
The clinic is running on Tuesday 30th April at Mundesley Medical Centre.
This clinic is for patients aged 75 and over or if they turn 75 before the end of June 2024. Immunosuppressed patients are also eligible.
We can only administer the 4th dose if you had your 3rd dose at least 12 weeks ago.
