Complaints, compliments & suggestions

All the team at Mundesley Medical Centre welcome comments, complaints, compliments or suggestions as these help to improve and design services.  

 

The Friends and Family Test and a suggestions box are available in the waiting room.

If you would like to discuss any matter in detail please ask to speak to Linda Marquis, Managing Partner or Lynsey Wayte, Operations Manager.

 

How to complain: If you feel you are not happy with our service or we have not met your expectations, then please discuss your concerns with our reception team or ask for details on our complaints procedure.

Patient Newsletter-

 

We have a patient newsletter that we publish in February, May, August and November each year. These newsletters contain articles written by staff, or members of are Patient Reference Group. We also have articles about recent news in the practice and the NHS, surgery opening times, staff updates and much more.
