How to complain: If you feel you are not happy with our service or we have not met
your expectations, then please discuss your concerns with our reception team or ask
for details on our complaints procedure.
We have a patient newsletter that we publish in February, May, August and November
each year. These newsletters contain articles written by staff, or members of are
Patient Reference Group. We also have articles about recent news in the practice
and the NHS, surgery opening times, staff updates and much more.
